The suspect approached a teenage female and asked her if she remembered him, then grabbed her by the arm and started pulling her away. She was able to escape and call for help. The suspect fled the area on foot.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 20's about 6 feet tall and slender build. He was wearing a tan jacket and black baseball style hat. He has a distinctive scar on his face by his left eye.
