Planning Commission

Before developing, subdividing, or converting aproperty, permission must be obtained from the Planning Commission.  

The meetings of the Planning Commission are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Conference Room of the Borough Hall, 60 W. Emaus Street, Middletown, PA.

Members of the Planning Commission are appointed by Borough Council to serve staggered four-year terms. The current members of the Planning Commission are:
