  The Communications Center operates 24/7 and is located in the Police Department

  For Police Emergencies call 944-4311  

The Middletown Communications Center, also known as the Emergency Operations Center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year and is responsible for Police and Utility Emergency Dispatch.

Also, if any resident chooses to use the 9-1-1 number for emergency calls, Dauphin County Dispatch will automatically transfer the call to the Borough's Emergency Operations Center to have the proper personnel and vehicles dispatched.  The Emergency Operations Center also provides bike registrations, 24 hour utility bill payment, key access to all borough recreation facilities, general information about the borough and prompt friendly service.

In addition, the Center handles numerous general information calls, both during and after business hours; responds to after business hour calls regarding power outages, broken water mains and other emergency call outs.
