Middletown Borough Authority

The Borough's water and sanitary sewer systems are owned by the Borough Authority.  The Authority, in turn, leases these facilities to the Borough to operate.

Members of the Borough Authority are appointed by Middletown Borough Council and serve staggered five-year terms. The current members on the Borough Authority are:

Peter Pappas, Chairman
Richard B. Swartz, Vice Chairman
Thomas Handley
Sandra Nagle
Jeffrey Miller

The Middletown Borough Authority meets the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Borough Council Chambers located on the second floor of the Borough Hall, 60 W. Emaus Street, Middletown, PA.
